What is Homeopathy?

homeopathy+gridning+bowlHomeopathy has been established for over 200 years, and is practised by professional homeopaths and conventional doctors, some of whom work in the five permanent homeopathic hospitals in the U.K. I am a licensed homeopath and have completed a four-year training course at the College of Homeopathy in Regents Park, London.

Homeopathy involves prescribing a patient a minute dose of a substance, which in a larger quantity would cause the symptoms it is trying to cure. However, in a minute homeopathic form, homeopaths suggest it stimulates a healing response.

There are over three thousand homeopathic remedies derived from plants, minerals, body tissue, and other natural substances. A detailed case history allows me to select the most appropriate remedies in your case. Homeopathic remedies cannot cause side effects and you cannot become addicted to them. The remedies are taken in dissolvable tablet form and are suitable for infants, as well as children and adults.
